Global Life MediSpa offers two types of membership packages.
1 Year Membership
$350 One Time Initiation Fee / $60 Monthly Maintenance Fee
- Unlimited access to the Fitness Center
- Complimentary 30 minute equipment orientation (mandatory)
- Two Personal Training Sessions
- 10% discount on all additional personal training sessions
- All fitness classes offered at no additional charge
- 1 Free Spa Treatment per quarter (Choose from a 60 minute Classic Massage, Facial, Manicure, Pedicure or Airbrush Tanning Session.)
1 Year Membership
$200 One Time Initiation Fee / $45 Monthly Maintenance Fee
- Unlimited access to the Fitness Center
- Complimentary 30 minute equipment orientation (mandatory)
- 10% discount on all additional personal training sessions
- A selection of fitness classes offered at no additional charge
We provide memberships for families who are interested in reaching their wellness goals together. The first family member would pay the full price of the initiation fee and the monthly cost (if applicable), all subsequent initiation fee and monthly cost would be 20% off.
